Our Capacity Building Supports offer you the opportunity to learn a range of different skills. Basic life skills, budgeting, cooking, sewing, gardening or maybe you have that "thing" you have always wanted to learn. Learning essential life skills is an important part of all journeys, and we are here to help!

Our Sunshine Coast Hub offers an exciting range of Group Activities. Our Art & Craft Groups are certainly a hit, and Bingo is another favourite.
